The location is fantastic and the complimentary kickback with food and drinks is a nice touch. The valet service was a bit concerning; there were billing discrepancies and I felt uneasy about my car. Overall, a decent stay.

Beautiful historic building with friendly staff. The complimentary happy hour is a nice perk. Valet service can be slow and costly. Make sure to bring your room key for the elevator—can be a hassle.

I was really disappointed with the breakfast service. The staff just stood around while everyone scrambled to find food. It was chaotic, and nobody seemed to care. I can't believe they were just leaning against the walls doing nothing!

The room was spacious for our group. Breakfast had plenty of options and was ready early.

It wasn’t the cheapest, but it was worth it.

This hotel is just a short stroll from the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and Progressive Field, making it ideal for fans wanting to soak in the city's culture and sports, while also being mere minutes from the bustling Cleveland Public Square and the scenic waterfront, giving you a perfect base for weekend walks; the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast and snacks are a nice touch, but the valet parking situation could be a little clearer.

Gorgeous architecture with a historic vibe and pet-friendly perks made this hotel inviting. Spacious rooms and a fulfilling breakfast kept everyone happy, especially the kids. Valet service was quick and friendly, although the noise from the street was a nuisance. The complimentary evening snacks were a delightful surprise, but a little more variety would be nice. There were some hiccups with snow and parking clarity, and while the dining area felt a bit loud, the personable staff really shone through. Willing to come back, but some tweaks could enhance the experience.

We checked out the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and then hit up the arcade nearby – total blast! The rooms were super comfy and the staff was chill. Free breakfast was a game-changer!

Yo, it would've been epic if they had a rooftop hangout spot for evening vibes. Peace out!

Free food sure made me happy. The historical setting and central location were great. I enjoyed the attentive service and clean facilities.

In my free time, I love cleaning dirty walls and enjoying rotten egg scents. Can't get enough!

Our family had a blast at the interactive Science Center, perfect for curious minds and active kids. Convenient location, delicious breakfast, and accommodating staff made our stay memorable. Excellent amenities for families looking to explore Cleveland effortlessly.

For dads it would be great. Larger family suite options available.

The room was comfortable and quiet, allowing for restful nights. Impressive high ceilings added character and a touch of elegance. Beautiful woodwork and marble details enhanced the ambiance. The bed was plush, providing ample support for a good night’s sleep. Temperature control was efficient, keeping the room at a pleasant level. the walls showed scuff marks, hinting at a need for a thorough cleaning. the decor and comfort of the room stood out, though a bit more attention to cleanliness would elevate the experience further.

The staff always greets you like an old friend. The breakfast options are plentiful and the evening kickback is a feasting extravaganza!

The bar drinks are watered down and not worth the price.

An impressive hotel. Spacious, clean rooms with a luxurious feel. The high ceilings and large windows are a delight. Breakfast and the evening kickback were enjoyable, though power issues disrupted our second night. Staff was friendly and attentive, particularly Theresa at the front desk. Proximity to attractions is a major advantage. the presence of pets in common areas diminished the experience. I was disappointed to find animal hair in our room. a comment from a bartender fell short of professionalism. The noise levels in the marble hallways can be disruptive. Greater attention to cleanliness would enhance the experience immensely. A beautiful stay with room for improvement.

Drury Plaza Hotel Cleveland Downtown exceeded our expectations! The friendly staff and convenient location made exploring easy. We loved the complimentary breakfast and daily dinner with drinks—a fantastic value! The room, while slightly dated, offered a stunning view of the Christmas lights. Highly recommended!

The evening food and breakfast buffet were a pleasant surprise, adding value to the rate. The historic facility with marble and touches gave a unique vibe. The hotel's location was convenient, offering easy access to the city and making me feel safe and secure.

The parking being valet only now, instead of self, park, seemed more expensive. The mandatory $50 deposit and not, so, healthy food choices were drawbacks.

Had a great xmas stay. The evening drinks were a nice touch, and the breakfast kept us fueled up for the day. The location was perfect for our family gathering, with multiple dining options and attractions just a short walk away.

Although the room was comfortable, we did notice some hallway noise seeping in. the incident of another guest walking into our room unexpectedly was a bit unsettling.

the recently renovated former school administration building was stunning, with elegant corridors and enormous rooms boasting the highest ceilings and biggest windows i've ever seen. the complimentary breakfast and dinner buffets, along with the three alcoholic beverages with dinner, made for a delightful stay. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring downtown and visiting nearby attractions such as the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. the facilities were immaculate and up to date, and the valet parking, while extra, was well worth it for the warm greeting and friendliness from the staff.

No issues ☺️

The room we stayed in was bright and clean, with comfortable bedding and fresh linens. The sitting area was cozy, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The air conditioning worked well and kept the room at a comfortable temperature. the ironing facilities were a bit outdated and could use an upgrade. The bathroom had a nice sink with complimentary toiletries provided, which was a nice touch. The am/fm alarm clock was handy for waking up in the morning, and the flat-screen TV provided entertainment during downtime. The housekeeping service was thorough and kept the room tidy throughout our stay. We also appreciated the option for dry cleaning services, although we did not end up using it. One area that could be improved was the valet parking service. While the staff was friendly and efficient, the wait times were a bit longer than expected. It would be helpful to have more valet attendants during peak times to expedite the process. the Drury Hotel provided a comfortable and pleasant stay, with great amenities and a convenient location. We would consider staying here again in the future.

From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we were greeted with warm smiles and the enticing smell of fresh popcorn. The check-in process was quick and easy, and the spacious room was immaculate and inviting. We appreciated the complimentary breakfast buffet and the surprise of a delightful evening kickback event with delicious food and free adult beverages. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The hotel's historic charm, beautiful grounds, and prime location near local attractions added to the overall exceptional experience.

One minor inconvenience was that the cleaning staff did not replenish our toilet paper one day and only left us with two towels and washclothes for our party of four. However, this was quickly rectified by the helpful front desk staff who readily provided us with extra towels and toilet paper.
